  • This document is meant to be used in addition to the Terms of Service, which together form a legally binding agreement between you and CS.TRADE.
  • When you make a purchase, you attest that you have read, comprehended, and agree with our Refund Policy. You also expressly agree to the loss of your right to cancel and renounce any claims relating to it.
  • Refund Policy covers purchases of Skins(Virtual Items) and CS.TRADE wallet balance.
  • Virtual Items are qualified as digital content and are thus excluded from the general right of withdrawal due to their specification. All transactions with Virtual Items , i.e. exchange, sale or purchase, are final and cannot be revoked - they are non-refundable.
  • If you have not used any of the wallet balance you have purchased, you have twenty days from the date of purchase to obtain a refund. The same payment method that you used to make the purchase will be used to refund you.
  • In case payment was made not by you but your payment info was used fraudulently you should contact our support as soon as possible so we can issue a refund provided that purchased wallet balance was not spent already on Virtual Items.
